PAYMENTS & FEES
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We are also partned with FlexPay for financing.
At Kreative Luxe Travel, we pride ourselves on transparency. All fees associated with our services are disclosed upfront. However, it’s essential for travelers to be aware of specific charges:
- Name Change Fee: If there’s a need to change the name on a reservation after it has been made, a name change fee will apply. This fee covers the administrative and potential vendor costs associated with altering the booking.
- Cancellation Fee: If a booking is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged to cover processing and vendor coordination efforts.
Missed Final Payment Deadline: There is a fee for missing the final payment deadline. Your trip will be cancelled, and the fee is to reinstate your trip after cancellation.
Affordable Monthly Payment Plans: To make travel more accessible, we offer affordable monthly payment plans. These plans allow you to spread out the cost of your trip over time, ensuring that your dream vacation remains within reach.
Uplift Financing: We also collaborate with Uplift, a reputable financing company. Uplift offers financing options that allow you to book your trip now and pay over time, making your travel aspirations achievable
Yes, we charge a non-refundable research fee for private trips. This ensures we can provide you with a highly personalized and optimal travel itinerary. By charging this fee, we can take the time to thoroughly research and curate the best travel options, accommodations, and experiences that align with your preferences and needs.

PRIVATE TRIPS
Occasionally we offer early bird specials to those who book their trips in advance. Details and terms of these specials vary and are typically announced prior to the launch of a particular trip.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
