Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is bad enough… losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Because all of tours are non-refundable and non-transferable, travel insurance is therefore highly recommended for this tour. Travel Insurance will be added to your reservation 2 days after booking. You must pay the invoice within 2 additional days to ensure you get the proper coverage package.

- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Kreative Luxe Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
- When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates.
- You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Lima on Sept 3, 2026.
- This means you must fly out of the United States on Sept 3, 2026. You should also schedule your departure flight for Sept 7, 2026*.
- The airport code for Barbados is BGI.
TRAVEL NOTES
- OCCUPANCY DETAILS: Single occupancy = one person to a room and Double occupancy = two people to a room
- Roommate Match is available.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at shakea@kreativeluxetravel.com after you make your reservations.
- Please note you should begin looking for flights 9 months before event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
- Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 to 60 Days in advance to plan your free time.
- At check-in, a major credit card will be required to cover anticipated room charges.
- A private Whatsapp group will be created about 30 days before event.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Kreative Travel Collective of all email address changes.

- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All of your payments to Kreative Luxe Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Kreative Luxe. Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Roommate Matching is available.
- Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee plus any vendor fees.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

In the rare event that we can’t find a suitable match, we’ll inform you well in advance. You can then decide if you’d like a single accommodation or have other preferences.
Yes we use Flexpay which allows you to book the trip now and pay for it over time. During the booking process, select Flexpay as your payment option, and you’ll be guided through the easy application process. Once approved, you can spread the cost of your trip over monthly installments.
